As with many k-beauty creams that target "blemishes" (which sometimes mean dark spots or freckles), this may actually work better for the hyperpigmentation that blemishes can leave behind or for calming inflammation, rather than really zapping those active blemishes with harsher ingredients. This will work for some but not everyone. I have acne prone skin and used this in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide spot treated on active breakouts. I found this really soothing and hydrating without being too heavy. It did leave my skin a bit shiny so I preferred to use it at night. This has ceramides, antioxidants and skin brighteners, most of which are listed relatively high on the ingredients list. I am a bit disappointed at the inclusion of coconut oil which is highly comedogenic (esp for my acne prone skin), also listed pretty high on the ingredients list. They really added a lot of natural moisturizing ingredients to this so that may be the reason for its inclusion, but there are far better and less problematic ingredient options in my opinion. A little seems to go a long way with this cream so it should last a while.A very nice moisture cream to help prevent breakouts. Some breakouts are actually caused by skin that is too dry. The body over produces sebum to compensate. This cream is a very light moisturizer that will help to balance out the proper production of oils for those on the oilier side of the ph spectrum. It's clean and has almost no scent. The only time I can smell anything is when I apply this directly to my nose. Even then, it's only extremely mild and for a very short period of time.This will help to rid your skin of any breakouts that have already occurred, but mostly if you can get them early on. Otherwise, those well developed ones will generally have to finish their cycle. In some cases, it will tame a little bit.So far, I've had no irritations or any breakouts caused because of this cream. It's only helped. Very gentle and good to help the eventual production of breakouts, as well as helps to control excess sebum production.Good:1. Rich yet absorbs easily2. Soothing and moisturizing3. Of the three versions of the Heimish facial lotions I've recently tried, I cannot use this one - primarily because of the coconut oil + lemon and orange (essential) oils. Nothing against these ingredients, as they are nourishing, hydrating, and antioxidant-rich. But for some with sensitive, acne-prone skin, they're not suitable and promote blemishes. Also, I can't use facial moisturizers with coconut oil as I am congestion-prone. And I can't use citrus oils because I develop Rosacea flares.The high concentration of Terminalia Ferdinandiana Fruit Extract is a nice surprise. Along with things like niacinamide, ceramides, vitamin C, and E (all very common, nourishing elements), the aforementioned fruit extract has some science-backed evidence showing antioxidant and UV-protective benefits against free radicals.If this had not had coconut oil and essential citrus oils, I likely could have used and enjoyed the use of this cream. Alas, it is just not suitable for my skin situation.I have very sensitive skin and I’m careful what I apply to my skin as I don’t want a red hot mess. This blemish cream by heimish is pretty thick, a small amount is all that’s needed and it does absorb rather quickly. This face cream is thick but it’s not heavy or oily and it is very gentle. I’m applying this cream to my areas of hyperpigmentation in hopes of reducing them. It’s too soon to say if this is cream is going to help reduce my spots but in the meantime this cream is providing good moisture to my face and it’s very gentle.Heimish rocks! It did a great job at brightening my skin, alleviating the discoloration that has plagued my face for years. No more redness of skin, as though my face has damaged pores. Unsightly blemishes are put on notice. Fading is soon replaced with vibrant tones of healthy skin and my deep fine lines become more shallow as my skin regiment continues. Day and night my skin is protected and acne marks are quickly losing their luster. Thanks to ‘All Clean,’ my warm complexion will never experience the cruelty of unevenness again!Sometimes I go to sleep with my makeup on, and it causes me to get pimples; which I know everyone hates. This cream has helped my pimples go away. I put it on every time a little pimple comes up and it's gone the next day! Makes my skin feel good and smells wonderful!I love this moisturizer! I use other Heimish products and was happy to get the face cream to try. This brand comes in cute packaging and is very affordable. The face cream is rich, and thick but too thick and not oily. It goes on lightly and absorbs nicely. It doesn’t have a scent and it works great for sensitive skin. The Heimish brand has different products to choose from. For this product, a little goes a long way. One thing I do miss is that another Heimish moisturizer I have included a little spatula. Of course it’s not needed but I liked not having to put my fingers in the container. I’d strongly recommend giving the Heimish products a try.
